We’re so happy the holiday season is here. Not only is it a time to celebrate life with family and friends. It is getting ready to turn the calendar and start a new year. It’s hard to believe 2022 is already coming to an end. It was a meaningful year for the entire HD Group team. Yet, we can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store!

Giving Thanks
Even though Thanksgiving was last month, it’s never too late to express our gratitude. There are so many people who mean so much to us and our business. This year started off very excited when we officially announced the formation of The HD Group. This joint venture had been in the works for some time, but finally came to fruition in January 2022. We have to thank our team members and everyone at Douglas Elliman for helping make this happen.
Of course, we also have to show our appreciation for each and every one of our real estate clients, vendors and service providers for making this such a wonderful year. We were able to merge our businesses in order to better serve our Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley markets. We were able to meet so many amazing people this year and help them buy or sell local luxury properties. We worked with some past clients again, as well.
Success By Design
Last but certainly not least, we must thank our husbands for their love and support—both personally and professionally. Greg’s husband, Todd Nickey, and his partner, Amy Kehoe, at Nickey Kehoe have been instrumental in the growth of our business. They offer such great design advice and professional services to enhance our luxury real estate sales. The exact same can be said for Tim’s husband, Mark Liddell of BLACKHOUSE. He is continually inspiring us and our clients with incredible design concepts.
Looking Ahead
Now it’s time to look ahead to 2023 and beyond. The entire HD Group is excited to see what this new year brings as we continue to grow and evolve our real estate business. We look forward to working with more new clients while reconnecting with old friends and business partners from previous transactions. Real estate is our shared passion, and we’ll be ready to take on anything that comes our way in 2023.
