Tim and Greg have known each other for many years as friends and colleagues in the greater Los Angeles real estate market. They have similar styles and aesthetically driven approaches to real estate based on an understanding of design and strategic property presentation. Throughout the years, The Durkovic Group has served primarily the San Gabriel Valley while Greg Holcomb focused on the Westside. About Greg Holcomb
Greg is a fourth-generation Angeleno and seventh-generation Californian. He has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the Los Angeles area to go with his strong work ethic. Greg has always maintained an emphasis on personal integrity and exceptional client relationships. His 20-year real estate business is built on referrals and repeat customers, leading him to be repeatedly named to Variety’s annual list of Showbiz Real Estate Elite.
Greg is passionate about local architecture and art. Prior to real estate, he was an art director in the marketing industry. Greg’s husband, Todd Nickey, is a renowned designer who co-owns the leading design firm, Nickey Kehoe. He shares and often inspires Greg’s vision of home and environment. Greg supports many local arts and cultural institutions and has a strong commitment to preservation and community.
About Tim Durkovic
Tim has been a leading real estate broker since 2014 and is founder of The Durkovic Group, which has grown to become one of the San Gabriel Valley’s premier purveyors of luxury real estate. Tim was born and raised in Guatemala and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He brings an international perspective to his business, working with local buyers and sellers who hail from all over the world.
Tim is classically trained pianist who studied at the Juilliard School and the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music. His husband, Mark Liddell, is also one of the LA area’s premier interior designers and top celebrity photographers. Together, they have changed the way local home buyers and sellers see the design potential of properties.

Greg and Tim both share a love for music. Greg is a board member for the Pasadena Symphony Orchestra and Tim has performed with local orchestras many times throughout his musical career. It’s just one more shared interest that bonds this dynamic real estate team.
